Eunoianeo™ accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Returned products should generally be unused, complete, and in substantially the same condition in which they were received.
Original accessories, manuals, components, and product packaging should be included whenever available.

Before sending an item back, customers must contact Eunoianeo™ and wait for return instructions. Products sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or delivered to a location that cannot process the return.

Customers are responsible for packing returned items securely and following the instructions provided during the return review.

A product may not qualify for return when it shows:

• Misuse or avoidable physical damage

• Unauthorized modification or repair

• Missing essential components

• Heavy wear beyond ordinary inspection

• Damage caused by unsuitable storage or handling

• A condition materially different from the state in which it was delivered

Personalized, hygiene-sensitive, clearance, or final-sale products may be excluded when the restriction is clearly disclosed before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the ordered product, contact customer support promptly. Keep the original packaging and provide clear photographs showing the product, affected area, and delivery materials.

After the item or supporting evidence has been reviewed, Eunoianeo™ will confirm whether a return, replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution is available. Approved refunds are issued after the required review has been completed.
